By now, everyone shld know that our govt is for foreigners! We Singaporeans vote them into power and they take care of foreigners by giving them jobs and welfare instead of us. In fact we are chided for being choosy, lazy and expensive to hire. Even my Malay and Indian frens are asking me where are the local ‘china men’? Are they extinct? Cuz they were frustrated by those mainland Chinese not able to speak Singlish when they order food in the coffeeshops! I say when a govt becomes too powerful, they tend to be arrogant!

This is my point of view. The PAP government didn’t incentivised Singaporeans in the early years to upgrade their skills and education level. As such, many are left behind the global rat race.
Now the PAP thinks most of us Singaporeans are useless people, the PAP is greedy and wants to push forward in the global rat race and in order to beat other highly developed nations, they resort to letting foreigners come in and take our jobs and threaten us to upgrade ourselves.
In may earlier comments on another thread, I metaphorically mentioned that a government is like a parent and its citizens the children. In short, the PAP has failed us and I am deeply disappointed.
