***Five hundreds Singaporean Youth commited suicide last year
There is a increasing of adults “cracking up” under pressure as Institute of Mental Health numbers seen to suggest
Strangely, TODAY is changing her tune of her song
They promote they mantra on parenthood on the youth of spare the rod spoil the child, well is it working ???
They promote stress is actually good for you, and its keep you going, well is it working ???
TODAY paper from CNA (The Dog That Never Bark For Human Rights !!!)
Mischievous reporting or Slective reporting to their advantaage ???
Front page, Time magazine picture girl Aisha with her nose cut off
Out of the blue!! CNA become the (King of Humans Rights) how strange?
CNA hardly report on Honor Killings, Child abuse, Police Brutality, Captial Punishment Death By Hanging, Caning of imates…etc
Come I find it suspicious, CNA had never champion the cause humans rights. Please stick your Right Wings Roots and be proud as Conservative, otherwise people may think of you as 假仁假义

Depression like all things stem from the Unseen.
Unless human and their leaders respect the Unseen first, mankind will not be able to understand what is the true cause of depression.
By using drugs to suppress depression not curing depression, it could really lead to a truly depressed situation as the root cause has not been identified and removed.
How to identify the true root cause?
Ponder this spiritually and respect the Unseen first.

Not only Mental Health patient is increasing
Youth and Senior committing suicide in Singapore is increasing
Homeless senior begging in the streets is on the increased
Family not able to pay loans, water bills, electric bills had seen an increase
And “working adults” seeking medical health is also on the increase thank to Local Made Dramas that love to cause division in the family. Where local made drama promote elders that love to grumble and nag, love to give warning and advise. It is those “worriesome threats” and “to be pit falls” that may or may not happen.
Such words is so lethal, that causes
1)so much anger = people to experience irregular heartbeat
2) blur vision = people could not switch off the hurtful hurls at them
3) sudden fainting = words that cause so much discomfort, they just could not find closure, they brain when blank
4) colorful rainbow lights = too much work, too little rest, too much stress, too little sleep, too much worry
5) inability to respond = they are re-occupied with the mess they are in, they cannot absorb new thoughs
Did you see SM Goh grey hair, Did you see PM grey hair, I think another 5 yrs in the office they will fall ill from the stress at work. You can’t take the heat, leave the kitchen
Singapore is a fast pace country, 500 youths had kick the bucket, only the strong can survive in Singapore!!!

That figure only shows those actually have the courage to walk into IMH to seek consultation. How about those depressed but still think they are ok? The figures could be higher.
Everyday we get stress left right centre, slowly we will be depressed. Family support is very important. However, some family members do introduce stress. They said: How come you work so long still not promoted director?
Stress. Ask HR, HR said no estab for so many directors or deputy directors.

Hello, I think Singaporean are depressed b’cos they are working for the wrong companies, must be smart hor, select good companies lah.
If you are working for a Dickator,
everyday throw papers on your table
point finger constantly delegate give you more work, more work
play politics all day, 3 days rain 4 days wind changes from fire2ice
created rivarly to increase competition
looking for somesone to blame for his failing
every morning he preach about his same old glory days
he evesdrops on everyone conversation, anyone say anything bad
will hurt his “big ego” he send out more spies, created more pets
all day long, he Bring You Down, all day long he preach Negativism
all day long, he WARN about “Problem to come” & “Create more Worry”
you are killing yourself
I alway ask this question:”Do you welcome problems???” Yes, we take it postively, we can work together to solved the issue. This company you can join lah, the working culture is very good leh. However hor, if they said:”We will find out who is at fault, then f@#k them good” Wow, power-play who dept head bigger hor, don’t need to consider liao
(Useful tips:”ask got any ang mo working there, got ang mo people working there, the enivroment mostly can lah, still can accept)

There is so much help available for people who suffer from depression and the anxiety disorders. It is inexcusable we still have such a stigma about how our physical brains work that we don’t seek the help that could benefit us. So many commentors here imply that depression is a matter of weak character. It is not!
