How can anyone, even anyone with “supernatural” power, possibly burn down to complete destruction of a political party – a legal abstract? If there was an “provable” intent, how many living persons does the accused need to “burn” in alleged wanton physical violence to accomplish successfully that impossible goal? Never ending, I would say. Any political party will attract new members, so how many can an alleged arsonist “burn” to extinction members of any political party before he or she is apprehended at law and safely “put away”??? LONG LONG LONG before even the 2nd victim falls to the perpetrator’s alleged intended crime, if any.

The whole episode looks like someone burning the effigy of Richard Nixon along Pennsylvania Avenue or in front of the Washington White House in protest during the Vietnam War. Is that seditious in America?

Remember the guy Daniel Ellsberg who leaked the Pentagon papers on Vietnam war deceptions and cover-up and was charged for seditious against the United States, what did the judge said to the prosecution?

The KEY CATCHPHRASE IS ‘ THE TOTALITY OF CIRCUMSTANCES’ in that case. The judge would NOT let the prosecution even table a case against the accused, Daniel Ellsberg. The Judge message is – IS OUT MY FARKING DOOR!! And did the US Attorney-General dare to appeal? Not even a hint of a whimper of a little fart of no smell.

@anonymous, Actually, the report is most likely made by Vivian and thus the inference to BURN directed at Vivian, which is again most probably the LOGIC (or lack of) for the police’s intervention.

the facebook entry was a figure of speech. Use here to mean condemn. Somemore the writer added a second line “rally together and vote them out”. So taken together what he was saying was to condemn them by voting them out.

In short, the miws are at it again, intimidating the helpless and weak among us, as seen from earlier bullying a taxi driver who seek a MP help to now this.. Despicable.

All these while complains by netizens to the authority of words use to taunt and humiliate our arm force SAF: calling nsmen dog by FT ypap members go ignored. He wrote “Vivien Balakrishnan”, he did not write “Vivian Balakrishnan”. “Vivien” is girl, “Vivian” is boy.

So does this mean Vivian Balakrishnan now owns the name “Vivien Balakrishna” also?

Police arrest him not because he hate YOG but he threaten to kill people. If someone post on the internet threaten to kill you, u think is a joke?

Lets get the fact rights. Whether he should still be remand depends how he has to prove to the police he is spourting nonsense.
