Netizens express support for Reform Party and plead for it to contest in their constituency
In a sign that Singaporeans are getting desperate to vote the increasingly unpopular PAP regime out of office, netizens are pleading with the fledging Reform Party to contest in their constituencies.
The Reform Party (RP) had just conducted a joint walkabout with the Singapore People’s Party in Toa Payoh last Sunday and received overwhelming support from the residents there which left some Singaporeans living elsewhere red-eyed.
Tern Aik Wei asked RP to contest in Sembawang while Leon Lui reminded them not to forget Bedok and Siglap. Andrew Toh asked if RP is going to contest in Joo Chiat where he lives.

Verysian invites RP to contest in Jurong:
“Come on Kenneth, come to Jurong and claim GRC there as Jurong has been walkover for years….Jurong needs you Kenneth! Please come and challenge Jurong GRC, bring down all the Pappies out to the exit door.”
Netizens staying in Toa Payoh have also indicated their decision to vote for Mr Kenneth Jeyaretnam and Mr Chiam See Tong should they contest there.
Ixnay:
“I’m staying in TPY and Mr. Chiam will definitely have the votes of my family and I! That’s 6 votes just from my family! Finally!!!
changed Singaporean:
“Welcome Chiam See Tong and Kenneth Jeyaretnam, my family, my parents, my brother’s family will all vote for you. A total 9 votes in total.”
Toa Payoh residents have not voted for more than 10 years since the estate was amalgamated with Bishan to form Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC in 1997.
In the meantime, Reform Party leaders and volunteers are working the ground hard to listen to the genuine concerns, worries and fears of Singaporeans. It just conducted another wallkabout in less than a week last night at Blk 986C Jurong West Street 93 (643986) (West Coast GRC).
The Reform Party still requires many volunteers to help out at its events and walkabouts in order to get its message across to Singaporeans who are not net-savvy.
If you are keen to volunteer for the Reform Party, please join its Facebook here to contact its administrator.

No, RP or WP should just send a unknown team to tanjong pagar (yes, pagar is the correct spelling, not pager, pager is the old electronic device which goes peep-peep-peep..) and let’s see how many votes can lky’s team garner..

to build……
you see the building is never complete and it is always on going
that is why they made it open to manipulate the intent and the believes
“to have” should be the right sentence and the correct intent
PAP are good in playing with english

If Chiam moves from Potong Pasir to Toa Payoh – he will have to be more aggressively pro-active in Parliament compared to his dismal performance through the past years.
In principle, all the Alternative Political Parties should work together and compete in every Single and Group Constituencies – so as to reveal the true picture of Singaporean dissatisfaction, disappointments, and disgust with the policies of the Pro Alien Party.

I understood correctly that no matter whether a constituency is in PAP hands or Opp. hands, the “loser party” is still present to work the grounds under normal circumstances. In other words, get the PAP losers to cook free porridge for the poor 24/7.

We are working hard on the ground. but we need more volunteers to join us to cover as much areas/blks/ground as possible. Come down and volunteer or donate your time. Hand out Flyers, door to door visits to tell people about RP and the choice they have, gather feedback from residents which can be used for policy formulation, raise funds for the party by selling our newsletters, be part of our media team to promote and defend our views online, etc. For more details contact us at http://www.thereformparty.net

The three most important concerns on the minds of residents are low wages of Singapore workers, sky-rocketing HDB flat prices and escalating healthcare costs.
On Ministry of Health allowing Singaporeans to use Medisave to pay for treatments at Malaysian hospitals, this is an indication that MOH has no intention of providing good and affordable healthcare to Singaporeans.
Major decisions and policies are usually discussed and implemented behind closed doors by the elite Pro Alien Party multi-millionaires ministers controlled by the FamiLees with little discussion or debate with the MPs, let alone Singaporeans.
The PAP has been governing Singapore for too long without any opposition in Parliament to check on it. While this facilitates the speedy decision-making and implementation of policies, it can resulted in so many unacceptable blunders like the “stop at two” policy in the 1970s and the present liberal foreign labour policies.
It is quite pointless and senseless to have 82 PAP MPs pretending to “debate” in parliament” when they all have to vote along party lines in the end because of the Party Whip.
So voting for more opposition candidates into parliament for a change of government or to form a 2-tier government is paramount to safeguard the interests of our local citizens.

Must vote the kan ni nah beh PAPies out man! They are turning us into WORST THAN 3rd-class people in our own country! Somemore served 2.5 yrs and 13 yrs reservist just to protect their fucking elitist backsides and their chee bye foreigner pets!
I invite any opposition to contest in Sengkang. Some parts of it already become Greater India liao. Time for us to get back some of our livelihoods and balls. If no human candidates also can put up cats, dogs and rats. I will still vote for the animals over any PAPy shits.
Those nah beh fuckers who keep voting PAPies must be elitists themselves earning at least $20K/mth. Either that or they are fucking retarded who cannot see that PAPies are screwing true-blue Sinkies into the mud. These assholes might as well go kill themselves and their families now. Fucking idiots!

Has anyone taken a careful look at PAP towns and compared them to opposition-held towns? The opposition districts are better maintained, peaceful and not so overcrowded, despite the fact that their buildings are older.

In the end, PAP will still have the last laugh because silly Singaporeans will suffer from amnesia, forgetting about all the complaints they have made and ultimately ended up voting for PAP. After GE, all starts to complain all over again. Uniquely Singapore.

Why avoid Ang MO Kio? last GE WP managed 33% when the ground was normal . this GE the ground is sweet for opposition. Surely got high percentage of swing votes. Only one issue enough- the foreign trash issue. Some more got many issues
1)rising medical costs
2)rising housing costs
3)rising living cost (GST)
4)Exorbitant chidcarefees/tuition fees/schoolbus fees
5)Neglected poor_ some selling tissue paper at MRT
6)Forgotten handicaps= Go and fend for youselve attitude.
7| social life= congested MRT.congested bus,congested library,congested foodcourts
still got many grouses

If AMK votes out the old man’s little boy, it would be a disaster for PAP since the PM would technically become a non-member of Parliament.
The old man would probably have to step in and find his little boy another spot in the island where there is no opposition.
