How Tony Tan is related to the Lee family
A bunch of relatives and lackies
PAP is one of most corrupt party in the world. One sees many elected officers of PAP as well as top civil servant are relative of one another.
Family of Shylock
Kwa Siew Tee is Lee Kuan Yew’s father-in-law (i.e, Kwa Geok Choo’s father). Lee Kuan Yew’s mother-in-law (i.e, Kwa Geok Choo’s mother, Wee Yew Neo) and Bankster Tan Chin Tuan’s wife (Helen Wee) are sisters. So Tan Chin Tuan is LKY’s uncle-in-law. Tony Tan is Tan Chin Tuan’s nephew.
Both Kwa Siew Tee and Tan Chin Tuan were top banksters of OCBC. The financialization of Singapore’s economy whereby banksters parasite feed on the productive citizen can easily be understood — if one is aware how deeply Lee Kuan Yew is connected with shylock.

Both Wee Yew Neo and Helen Wee are daughters of Wee Theam Seng (i.e, Kwa Geok Choo's maternal grandfather). In other words, both Kwa Siew Tee and Tan Chin Tuan are son-in-laws of Wee Theam Seng.

Lee Kuan Yew and Kwa Geok Choo's wedding reception at Raffles Hotel. Mr Lee (fifth right) is the eldest son of Mr and Mrs Lee Chin Koon and the bride (fourth right) is the third daughter of Mr and Mrs Kwa Siew Tee. Both are barristers and members of the old Straits Chinese families.
.
Relationship between Tony Tan and Tan Chin Tuan can be found in this article, ‘Tony Tan pays tribute to banker Tan Chin Tuan’ (Business Times, 18/11/2005).

.
Tony Tan the best actor
In public, Tony Tan shows himself as a humble and wise man. Unfortunately nothing is further from truth. Nothing good can be expected from scion of bankster. While Singaporean focus on Ho Ching and her Temasek fiasco, few people knew that GIC under the charge of Tony Tan has lost its pants in 2008 crisis.
In short, Tony Tan has blown up Singapore’s pension aka the corrupt CPF. He is responsible for condemning Singaporean to a work till death because CPF is effectively being wipe out in real terms. (PAP is going to stealth default CPF)

“Tony Tan was educated at St Patrick’s School and St Joseph’s Institution. As a Singapore Government State Scholar, he earned First Class Honours Degree in Physics from the University of Singapore, topping his class. As an Asia Foundation scholar, he went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he completed a Master of Science (Operations Research). He later earned a PhD in Applied Mathematics at the University of Adelaide, before going on to lecture in Mathematics at the National University of Singapore.[5]
In 1969, Tan left the University to begin a career in banking with Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), where he rose to become General Manager, before leaving the bank to pursue his political career in 1979. From 1980 to 1981, Tan was the first Vice Chancellor of the new National University of Singapore (NUS).
In 2005, Tan was presented by NUS the Eminent Alumni Award in recognition of his role as a visionary architect of Singapore’s university sector. In 2010, he was presented the inaugural Distinguished Australian Alumnus Award by the Australian Alumni Singapore (AAS) at its 55th anniversary dinner as recognition to his distinguished career, significant contribution to society and the Australian alumni community.”
We should also condemn the Worlds Universities Debating Championships for crowning 24-year-old Li Shengw as the best debater in the world.
Mr Li, now a masters student in economics at Oxford, has been named Best Speaker at the just-ended Worlds Universities Debating Championships, the most prestigious debating tournament in the world.
We shd also condemn Cambridge University for awarding double 1st class honours to former MM’s two sons because they are related to him?
LOL !!!!!
This is meritocracy at work and not what we all can see across the causeway and many places around the world.
Hot debate. What do you think?

By extension, LKY and TT are distant cousins! No wonder TT was LKY’s choice to be the PM. Woody Goh must have been deemed a usurper!

“Temasek Holdings is an Asia investment house headquartered in Singapore.
With a multinational staff of 380 people, we manage a portfolio of S$186 BILLION, focused primarily in Asia and Singapore.
Guided by an independent board, we operate autonomously on commercial principles to maximise long-term returns. Our total shareholder return since inception 36 years ago is 17% compounded annually.
We have a corporate credit rating of AAA/Aaa by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s respectively.”
“Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) has just named two existing endowments under Temasek Cares after two Singaporeans, the late philanthropist Dr Ee Peng Liang, and the late former Senior Minister of State Dr Balaji Sadasivan, in honour of their roles and contributions in social service and healthcare.
The S$35 MILLION Ee Peng Liang Endowment and the S$35 million Balaji Sadasivan Endowment are earmarked for capability building in the special needs and healthcare sector respectively.
Over the last one year, Temasek Cares has been supporting the special needs and healthcare sectors under these two Endowments. For the special needs sector, Temasek Cares has contributed over S$650,000 for study awards for therapists and early intervention teachers, as well as to support students with learning and developmental needs in Northlight School and Assumption Pathway School. In the healthcare sector, a similar amount has gone into study awards for therapists and nurses and a pilot programme called Ageing in Place @Tanjong Rhu, which provides community rehabilitation and home care services for the frail elderly in the estate.”

These people are now protecting each other so as “NOT TO ROCK THE BOAT” as instructed by LKY prior to GE2011. LKY in turn promised to bring in 900,000 workers for the businessman.

Nobody wins an argument when the differences in value cannot be reconciled. we have such an open economy, which very much dependent on foreign investments yet the group benefited most from globalisation are not open to the global culture ’s influences. They want to remain status quo, conservative and maintain their tradition. Ironically, the group least benefited, struggling for survival in the competitive hostile environment seek openness to change in values , to adapt , to seek the need for stability.

Is TT hoping to be the EP so that the truth of the financial losses in 2008 can be covered up or is he trying to elevate himself(with his cousin’s help)to hold the supposedly highest office of the land?
Looks like the finances(TH & GIC) of the State are in the hands of the famiLEE! How can we allow this to end up this way? Are we Singaporeans to allow this to carry on? Do we understand the seriousness of the State treasury is in the hands and control of a famiLee!

Now we know why Tony Tan is LKY’s first choice to takeover from him as PM. Must be same reason WKS was made Deputy PM and not sacked when Mas Selamat escaped. Also why Ho Ching still in Temasek despite her massive (billions) of investment losses. Also why Lee Shen Yang got quickly promoted to BG when he openly complained that promotions at SAF was too slow. When he “retired” from SAF he was parachuted into Singtel (largest GLC) as EVP and soon took over as CEO. Forced to step down from Singtel because of scandal (not reported by local media) involving female staff of Optus, a Singtel subsidiary in Australia. He was “kicked upstairs” and became Chairman on Asia Pacific Breweries (an OCBC controlled company) and Chairman of CAAS. Members of the Lee family control everything in Singapore, they can do no wrong and are all above meritocracy. Nepotism is alive and well in Singapore.

This article is not questioning the scholistic achievements of anyone. It’s about a nation seeking answers as to why a supposingly prosperous country with astronomical reserves still has their elderly having to collect soft drink cans or collect discarded cardboard to earn a living in their twilight years?
Obviously, Singapore is a country without a social benefits system that looks after its elderly who have contributed in building the nation nor its less fortunate citizen whom cannot contribute CPF, yet legislation are constantly amended to deprive its hardworking people from withdrawing what is rightfully their hard earned money for retirement?
Anyone will wonder and start questioning what went wrong. With questions in mind, they will start to seek answers. When they start to connect the dots, for example in this article, it will lead to more questions as to how many more of such cases are there that is yet to be unveiled?
This is not about being sourgrape nor who is intelligent. It’s about the basic democractic rights of each and every Singaporeans who have and are still contributing to nation building, deserves a fair answer.
Great power comes with great responsibilities and great accountability. Surely God (whichever faith you endorse) did not bless gifted men the intelligence to enrich themselves while others hardworking fellow countrymen (especially the elderly) who have contributed to their salaries and pensions suffer. Agree?
P.S. Another question: Do they have pension? If yes, why the citizens dont have it? Who pays for the pensions? Hope to read more of such investigative articles.

>> Ask yourself a question , would you share your wealth with your distant relative? Obviously the answer is no ! I wonder why you expect Mr Lee Kuan Yew if he is really so rich , would he want to share his wealth with Tony Tan.
You are being naive. Obviously, the most impt consideration for LKY is power consolidation and it’s good to have “ka ki nang” inside the Govt for this purpose. And obviously, you will need to ensure that your “kakis” are also making big bucks in order to continue to be loyal to you…
For example, hypothetically, say before a PAP CEC crucial meeting, LKY knew that Tony Tan might vote against an issue. He could then go ask his wife to go talk to “Yi Fu” (ie, Tan Chin Tuan) to go have a word with his nephew…. see? LOL!

Asking for more topping up of our CPF seems like using it to mend those lost money to further plug those holes. Brother, you have spoken the truth. We do not want the smartest PAP Ministers who think nothing of earning such astronomical income at the expense of the people, smart ministers who do not think if Singaporeans can afford their even HBD homes, smart ministers who concoct stories and lies to bankrupt opposition members to ensure that they themselves stay in power, smart ministers who allow foreigners to come into this country to take away of jobs and make our Singaporeans suffer, smart ministers who lie about how cheap it is to do a heart-by-pass surgery or smart ministers who overspend on games but makes it so difficult to increase the social welfare benefits for the poor, etc.
Can we have some morally upright and honest people into the Government for a change?
To the 60% of Singaporeans who voted in the PAP – do you still want to vote such conniving people into Government? If you do, then you deserve this Government. Otherwise do not vote TT as the president.

There are 2 kinds of leaders in our world.
One kind are those with natural ability to lead. It is gifted in them, not by blood/genes, but a gift. They are still not perfect people, for none exists, but despite their flaws, it makes them more human and many can relate to them better, to trust and let them lead our lives. History is replete with such charismatic figures, some of them using their free will to do great for their people, some doing bad.
Another kind are those who do not have the gift, but are nurtured at birth, at times, even before birth by induing even the mortal mother to give birth.
Once such kind are born, every step and moment of their lives are NURTURED for a purpose in mind by controllers to fulfill an agenda. Where others have no or little opportunities, such kind are given the best of worlds, with both carrot and stick trainning programmes.
Such methods robs them of their free will, unless their minds can be warped, which is the most difficult aspect of nurturing, for some either gets their mind twisted by their controllers, or they collapse from the mental strain and fall abandon by the wayside.
Examples are those propagated by Hitler’s crazed mind. He and many of his kind wrongly believed in eugenics as being that ‘gift’. Those whom do not confirm to his theory were subjected to mental abuse through propaganda or thrown in mental asylums, such as the germans whom opposed him or gays found amongst his aryan super race fantasy.
Another more successful examples are from China, typically their atheletes. The Chinese are more pragmatic. They do not subscribe to Hitler eugenics theories or believe in divine gifts. From young the atheletes are taken away from studies and childhood, forced into programmes/agendas to nurture them to become persons on the world stage such as the olympics for gold medals, to show the communistic superiority amongst mankind.
While Tony and sons of Lee shown their IQ levels at youth, there can be no doubt of which group of human they came from. Opportunities that are closed for most, are opened for them since young, and it is no surprise that they performed as scripted and scheduled. They are only actors, with no gift of leadership evident, for leadership means more than just cert and medals.
Furthermore to understand them, we only need to look at what kind of leader that had ruled us and continues to rule us – a pragmatic chinese deluded old man who think he is right always, akin to an Almighty, still clings on to the crazed and demented eugenic theories of Hitler, the worse combination possible for a nation seeking for true inspired leadership to suffer from.

The saddest part of nurtured Sporean leaders lies in the utilitarian values taught since young. There is no difference between meritocracy and utilitarianism, thus those who value meritocracy are only worshipping utilitarianism.
Meritocracy believes in being rewarded for being the best, and being the presumed best, it is only natuaral to believe others are not good enough, and thus utilitarianism becomes a policy, worse if those are leaders who sets national policies, and many whom do not measure up to those leaders presumed and assumed qualities, are left behind.
The truth is that each human being is different from one another, and are not mirror image of each other in perceptions and conceptions. Some are good at art, some are academically inclined, some are great at hands on, etc, and it is the diverse EVERYONE that defines our society that progresses us and evolve us from animals, for from our diversity do we learn much much more from each other, good or bad, to climb up the ladder of mankind’s evolution.
Throughout civilisation, had any ethnic group or single social beliefs remained pure and unchallenge? If so, we would not have made this progress to today and looking forward to our future. History is our empirical evidence of egalitarianism values.
Time to wake up from delusions that are intended to perpertuate dynastic rule in Singapore, in one form or another.

Of what purpose and meaning is this article?
To me it means if you are good, the best, you mixed with the best and you become creme de la creme of society.
If you think this network of the talented and smart is corruption, maybe you can go and check out the similar network of smart, talented and powerful people in America, bastion of Democracy…people who came on the Mayflower have descendants who today control banking, commerce and politics of society.
They are related to each other trough marriages or sharing a common ancestor who is pious, well-read and well connected.
Cynicism ? Its a fact…
Even if you tear down the old society and let new people run the place, after one generation, you realize they are all connected. It might not be via marriage, it could be through sharing a old boys network or alumni, or even religious network.

Please, it’s a bad rerun of his grandfather’s myth as a returning foreign graduate champion which a whole generation of current cardboard aunties, toilet uncles and food court ah sohs swallowed line, hook and sinker and gave their best votes of 40 years that culminated in the ultimate condemnation of their lives.

This is like X file, wikileaks, good investigations work. Must got help from inside. Papies, there is leaks. Why shit times never informed public about white hair related to Godfather LKY?
you know where the loyalty lies when 10 pages pour out from Straits Times about Tony Tan when he announced candidacy, mostly taken from his drafted obituary prepared by political desk.
and in these TEN pages of INFORMATION, you do not learn anything about this connection.
the big question is, will the Paper continue to look stupid and not mention anything about this, now that TRE has mentioned?

The PAP is a parasite that has grown rich and strong at our expense. Just look at how much wealthier ministers, MPs, presidents and their cronies are compared to normal Singaporeans. And their power is maintained mainly by denying Singaporeans their constitutional rights to speak freely etc. I have no doubt Tony Tan is a trusted PAP man and so he should not be president. Unfortunately given our undemocratic system he will most likely become president and keep the long tradition of keeping the wealth of Singapore within the Lee family and its associates. It is time for Singaporeans to rise up and take our country back from these parasites.

In education, In economics, In arts, In technological savvy…yes lah..”
You never heard of the hard truth that BUSINESSMAN/POLITICIANS are good for the country and POLITICIAN/BUSINESSMAN is deadly for the country. What is the difference?
Businessmen/politicians brings load of business experience in managing the economy while politicians/businessmen got completely drowned in self-serving money politics AND incompetently manage the economy to one big fucking mess in final outcome of self-enrichment and abject failure for this country.

People taught saudi and brunei stills got alot of oil reserves, but some secrets reveals they are depleting. What if is really true? Do they have to wait for the truth suddenly exposed at last minute? what happened? oil $500 a barrels, dow jones drop to 3000pts singapore 1000pts. These no jokes, LKY families, must let us know the truth of mismanagement before it is too late. How much degrees, phd, or class honours u still can become stupid. Recently, I met a 45 years old ex malaysian, now singaporean, degrees with electronics engineering with NUS, blew half a millions dollars in stock markets and casinos, wipe out his whole savings, sold his properties and still in debt to bank of 150k. See Mr.LKY, does not mean u have degrees or phd, u r genius. When I was 19, I work 3 months for macdermott as a stock clerk. I am the only person, willing to go down to the huge, dirty warehouse with the stock analysis, to do the stocks. The rests do not want to go down to dirty their hands.
He could then go ask his wife to go talk to “Yi Fu” (ie, Tan Chin Tuan) to go have a word with his nephew…. see? LOL!
>> Furthermore, GIC already recover must of the losses in 2008 and now is deep in profit.

LKY runs Singapore as Lee family’s business not noble duty to Singaporeans.
Netizens, please post this information to your facebook and others to inform and advise the fellow Singaporeans that we already have PAP government, we don’t want another PAP related President to hold our national reserves and CPF fund.
Lee family is not only taking full control of government also taking full control of Temasek Holdings (HO Jinx, CEO & Executive Director & Dy Chairman – Mr. Kwa – Mrs. Lee’s cousin) & GIC (Chairman, LHL, DY Chairman & Executive Director, Tony Tan & Senior Consultant, LKY) and now asking Tony Tan to resign from GIC and participate in EP in order to take full control of our national reserves and CPF fund (Singaporeans saving & retired fund).
I strongly believe that must be some story behind our sovereign funds which is not allowed to be disclosed.
Please vote to other EP candidate. My desire candidate is TKL. Vote for change!

Also, in some big organisation, its a conflict of interest to have relatives working together.
Lastly, If the above pictures and research is true… then it is TRUE… they are related…. No matter what “old man” or Old aunty say also useless.
To me, its a conflict of interest… How can he be EP of Singapore? He was till last week working for GIC and from Aug onwards you want him to be the EP and have him check on country’s reserve (which includes checking on TH and GIC???)???? SERIOUSLY?????

If it is true, PM and TT will surely come out and say so, a matter of time. In today’s pervasive info flow, nothing can be hidden. TT is very talented. To assume a post where as EP, he has no absolute executive powers over the past, present and future reserves, whereupon then he can truly safeguard, we are wasting TT’s talents. The thing that works against TT is his immediate past appointment in GIC. TT is good if the EP is EEP, ‘Elected Executive President’ (for National Reserves). In GIC….he could direct. As EP….he cannot. But as EP, he will see things differently, with a responsibility and accountability for every single citizen on how National Reserve is safeguarded….but he cannot do anything….So…it is better TT not stand for election. We stand to lose the usefulness and effectiveness of a National Talent. TT should stand for election if the constitution is changed, to empower the President elected by the people. Only then is there true accountability of the President to the citizenry at large. Only then can each and every citizen hold the EP responsible if the past, present and future national reserves are not safeguarded. Only with this would the EP ensure that before he takes over, there is indeed that statement of account on his table. Without which, we should not fool ourselves of the EP safeguarding the National Reserves, and neither should any potential EP think so…. We should then just accept that the HEad of State simply represents the country as HEad of State, and nothing more. It makes one feel a lot better this way, and the citizens simply hold just the government alone for responsibility and accountability for the state of affairs of the past, present and future reserves. A one to one accountability. We probably sleep better.

Looking at the chart, TT is the nephew of LKY’s wife’s ayi (阿姨)’s husband. The relationship is very, very distant, if any at all. How many of you will have anything to do with the children of your aunt’s (mother’s sister) husband’s brother? In fact, some first cousins (children of father’s brother) don’t even know each other!

all these relationship made me very sad and lost hope on Singapore future. By the way is SR Nathan related to LKY?
From what I read on the Internet including reputable sources like Wilkipidea, both were World War 2 traitors. LKY worked for the Japanese military translating into English all the intercepted British telecommunication. He did this while most of the rest of Singaporeans were persecuted by the Japanese invaders.
He was able to run a black market business (Stikfas) with the connivance of the Japanese military authorities. He was even able to move freely all the way to the Cameron Highlands prior to the end of Japanese occupation. If he hadn’t been a trusted agent of the Japanese military, you think he could do all that with impunity given the ruthlessness of the Japanese military police? Only God knows if he had also turned in fellow Singaporeans like Lim Boh Seng to the feared Kempeitai.
As for that prata-man, it’s even clearer he’s a traitor, having worked at The Japanese military police headquarters.

>> Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Tony are very distant relative with totally different sir name and ancestors. If Mr Lee would want to share his wealth he would have done it with his siblings and not some distant relative.
Again, you missed the point. I think to LKY, it’s not so much about sharing of wealth although he won’t mind his people “profiting” from being loyal to him and do his bidding… as I’ve said, it’s about power and if you read thru history, historic leaders tend to use his own related “people” in their inner circle in order to consolidate power.
Case in point, Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek – Chiang appointed his brother-in-law, Dr H H Kung, to become the Minister of Finance in the Nationalist Govt of China during 2nd world war period. Chiang’s wife and Kung’s wife were sisters (ie, Soong May-ling & Soong Ai-ling). As you can see, Chiang and Kung were also of totally different sur names and ancestors. But they are related. This close relationship helps to instil loyalty.
>> Are you willing to prove your case in the open otherwise you will be sue for malicious attempt to discredit Tony Tan ?
I’m not discrediting Tony Tan here. I’m merely saying that the close relation between Tony and LKY helps LKY to consolidate power. This can seen in history…
